Operation instructions:
1. Before each use, thoroughly check your dog collar and retractable leash to ensure that all parts work properly without any damage.
2. Look at the color of the dog leash, it will correspond to a button of the same color at the top and back of the leash box.
3. Connect the hook of the leash firmly to the ring of the dog's collar, and do not hide the dog's ID card.

二.交易流程
1.客户选货下单付款(如对产品信息及其他有疑问的，请联系客服咨询)。
2.收到货款后，将按客户要求配货(如遇产品缺货，会联系客户，征询客户要求换款换色或单项产品退款)。
3.货物核对封箱，按客户选定方式，72小时左右发货；如遇节假日、活动等情况将可能会顺延发货。
4.发货后，会给客户发短信、阿里旺旺等方式留言，并告知发货单号。

三、售后服务

4、如我们发货及时，而因货运公司送货时间延误或其它造成的损失，我们不承担相关责任与赔偿。
5、客户收到货物3天内核对货品数量与质量，有问题及时反馈给售后客服处理。到货3天内无异议，视为此次合作无任何问题，完成交易。主观不满意、以想象中为理由，实际没有质量问题退货，不予受理。发货前均仔细检查专业包装。
